My suggestion:
1. Do not do business with them if you have not started already

2. If you are having problems paying your Nat.City mortgage, seek state legal aid first and get their advice. Do not assume that their Nat. City's asistance services are there for anything other than to collect your money ASAP because they lie and keep incorrect records. Do not trust them. They are not very smart. The only good part of that is that they are unable to track dates and make a lot of mistakes for any future legal action.

3. Keep copies of everything you do with them, including phone calls, outgoing and incoming mail, checks and postal receipts. Get names and phone numbers. (they will often not give you names).
