This blog is dedicated to those who have had any problems or fraud with National City Home Mortgage.

I am about to hire an attorney because they served a forclosure after I completed a workout package and just before I settled. Now...about 6 months later, they refuse to give me an audit on the monet they took from me.

My suggestion:
1. Do not do business with them if you have not started already

2. If you are having problems paying your Nat.City mortgage, seek state legal aid first and get their advice. Do not assume that their Nat. City's asistance services are there for anything other than to collect your money ASAP because they lie and keep incorrect records. Do not trust them. They are not very smart. The only good part of that is that they are unable to track dates and make a lot of mistakes for any future legal action.

3. Keep copies of everything you do with them, including phone calls, outgoing and incoming mail, checks and postal receipts. Get names and phone numbers. (they will often not give you names).

4. If you are having serious problems, you must start filing complaints to Federal and State organizations, as well as the Better Business Bureau. (I will get back with those links)

5. Copy all your complaints to PNC bank who was forced to take ouver National City as part of a Federal package.
