A representative was rude when contacting me about my current situation, and acted like it didn't matter what my reasoning was. All they cared about was their money, not the fact my family might be losing their home.

They start the process of a workout, but don't give you a chance by scheduling a sale a couple of days after the initial payment is due.

My payment with this company was 1,185.00 a month this is a pay interest only loan that was supposed to be refinanced after the first three years, in October of 2008 my payment went up to 1406.36 at the same time my husband lost his job and my hours were cut, I have found a second job since and my husband is on unemployment and looking for work, we just need some help to get back on our feet.

The fact is that they should've contacted us right away in July instead of waiting. We also contacted our local National City and they were told from the Miamisburg, Ohio bank that they could not discuss this with them. I didn't understand that, they are the same.

I think all Mortgage companies should help with differant work out packages. Possibly by differing a payment or two to the end of the mortgage could help save homes. They also will not accept a partial payment so we fall futher behind will waiting for help

We just weren't sure why National City would not help us sooner when we asked by letter, whether it was because they knew PNC was taking over and they couldn't get money, or what??

I have been making monthly pmts. on time. I check my bank account to make sure all is well. I sent a pmt. to NCM on Dec.2 and just noticed (12/17/08) that check had not posted. I called NCM and they informed me all the payments I had been making were denied as they inceased the monthly pmt. They sent letters to the home where my soon to be x-wife lives, she didn't say anything, so I never knew. Had I known I would have Paid willingly. Bottom line , I called NCM in July this year to stop auto withdraw and start paying by check. They should have known how to contact me from that phone call. Also I have online contact, they could have used that.
