getting a live person on the phone is hot or miss. they are very slow to respond to me, yet when I was days late with my payment plan, they immediately filed a Notice of Default in my Courthouse. No delay there. They do not appear interested in working out a solution so I keep my home and so they get their money. It would make sound business sense for them to try to work with me yet they appear willing to lose thousands in a foreclosure, where no one wins.
