Natioal City called me to offer me refinace to catch up my payment no credit check all but a garrentee I fell for and now my house is in foreclosure , if there is any one out there that help withoutcosting me a fortune please let me know

BUYER BEWARE.NATIONL CITY IS THE WORST BANK TO WORK WITH. WE HAD SOME TROULBE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD HELP US BY CUTTING OUR HOUSE PAYMENT IN HALF THEN THEY TURNED AROUND AND PUT US INTO FORECLOUSER. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO NOT GO WITH NATIONAL CITY.

They have never allowed us to make any type of partial payments on our account. It has always been either pay the full amount or nothing. If we were abe to make payments we wouldn't be in this sitaution now. We were sent foreclosure notices after 2 months behind. They would only except 2 months payment. No less.

I have only 2 month behind of the payment and they already sending me to trustee department and set for the date of for closure.... I call to reinstatement and the fee they charging me close to $5,0000.00 just because I behind 2 month... I do need someone to help me....

I beleive National City is hiring in people to recoup as much money from it's mortgage portfolios that they can recoup before a takeover coming soon. It's all numbers thats why they are hard collecting and litigation.

National City Mortgage needs to be held accountible for what they are doing. They seem to WANT homeowners to forclose! We were never late for over 6 years. Then we had a death in the family, had to take custody of a minor child and related legal expenses, so for the past year and a half we have struggled. I contacted NCM(national city mortgage) and let them know what was going on. I was paying marches payment in april, april in may....you get the idea. They seemed happy as long as I was making the hefty late payment as well(70 bucks a month!) Well, a few months back, I was late as usual, and the second month was more than 15 days, they slapped a default notice on us. I admit, we were in error being late, but we were in constant contact and letting them know what was going on, when we expect to get caught up ect... Well, I tried to pay the last months payment, they wouldn't take it! They wanted both months or nothing. They suggested I fill out the hardship packet and make arrangesmnts. They told me to hold on to my payment until a decision was made. I waited and waited, no answer from them. I left messages, no answer. Now, because of no answer it lapses into the third month. I call and offer two months payment while they work on the hardship packet. Nope, they wont do it. I keep calling, no answer. Leave messages, nothing. I call and now get a full voice mailbox. Was told by another worker this worker had till the 14th to answer us. Sorry, I am not waiting that long, as if her answer is no, and the 16th rolls around, they could forclose! I borrow money from a family member, call and make WHOLE three months payment, get confirmation number. Done deal, no more worries, right?? WRONG!!! After a week of DAILY checking my bank account and noticing the money hadn't been taken out, and DAILY checking my mortgate statemnet online which was showing my account was credited, I wrongly assumed perhaps they were just waiting for some reason to do the bank transaction. Well, today, still no money withdrawn from my account, and now it shows on my NCM account returned check!! What? I call, and am told it was returned with no explanation why. Now they want to charge me another 189.00 in fees! I am angry, fuming mad, but want this taken care of and agree to pay. My husband in even madder, and calls them and they say I gave the wrong account number. They are reviewing the recording from my call on the 6th to see if it was my error or theirs and if theirs ,they will return the fees. I am NOT holding my breath. First I don't expect they will return my money, and secondly I seriously doubt they will take this payment either. They are claiming I gave them a 4-5 digit bank account #. Why would they even accept that and how could they error as it is the same account I have been paying from for over 6 years! They are intentionally witholding my payment!! They WANT me to be late. It sure feels that way. I have done everything right from the get-go. As I said, I accept responsibilty for my late payement even though it was a result of outside circumstances, I did everything financial counslers, and Dave Ramsey and others suggest when behind. I have communicated, filled out papers, stayed in touch and even made FULL payment, and yet my payment never gets credited. What is going on??
