National City Mortgage is by far the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They keep trying to bill me for insurance I already hazve. Then they tell me I have to prove it when they had already called my insurance company and confirmed I had insurance. I know this because I contacted my insurance company and they were completely puzzzeled by this action. They told me that I had never had a lapse of policy in all 25 years I have been with them and they even told National City this. They still billed me for no insurance. I would love to file a class action lawsuit against them for their actions and their billing of insurance when I already had insurance. Please, someone refer a good class action laywer to me.

I am disgusted with them. Would NEVER suggest using them. They keep increasing my mortgage telling me I dont have enough flood coverage. I increase the coverage, they tell me its still not enough, and up goes the mortgage. They sure are great about getting you out your new payment books, not great about making up their mind to what the proper coverage is for a home!! So, the new payment books keep coming, mortgage goes up and I am forced to pay it....VERY UNFAIR, and trying to get anyone at customer service to listen is just plain tiring!!!! Good luck to everyone else...I am ready to give them their key back!!!!

We also are having problems with National City not working with us to save our home from foreclosure. We have been trying to work out something since December 2007. Because no progress was made between National City & us, we were forced to file bankruptcy at the end of February 2008. I would like to file a class action law suit against National City Mortgage Co.
